Validtrade is a family-owned business founded by Jan Brak Snr and Jan Brak Jnr, built on strong values, reliability, and service excellence.

The company was established in response to a growing demand for fast, reliable deliveries to automotive fitment centres. These centres typically carry limited stock, which created a clear opportunity in the market for a specialised distributor that could supply parts quickly and efficiently.

Pretoria – Opened April 2001
Johannesburg – Opened February 2004
Cape Town – Opened April 2006
KwaZulu-Natal – Opened August 2015
Free State – Opened October 2020
Eastern Cape – Opened Feb 2024

Initially, Validtrade focused on the distribution of exhausts and towbars. Due to increasing customer demand, the product range rapidly expanded to include:

Today, Validtrade is a leading specialised distributor to automotive fitment centres, supplying a complete range of products required for daily operations.

Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Free State, and the Northern Cape.

By focusing specifically on fitment centres, Validtrade is able to offer faster deliveries, better stock availability, and a higher level of service than general distributors.
